SERVICES

At Sargoth Studios, it's our mission to rid the world of gray plastic, one model at a time.  We believe that everyone deserves miniatures they're proud of, no matter your budget.  To that end, we offer 3 levels of painting service, as well as multiple basing options.  Need your Gloomhaven characters ready before their big unlock?  Try our basic level to get them done quickly and affordably.  Want your Ork boys to be fighting through a junk strewn wasteland?  We'll hand craft or print the perfect bases.  Got that Ancient Red Dragon that you've been waiting 6 months to spring on your players?  Splurge on a Heroic Tier commission and have something worthy of display after you're done slaughtering their poor characters!  Read more about our levels and our process, and book your quote today!

Basic

Our best budget option!  Every model will get a base coat, at least 2 detail colors, and a wash to add contrast.  Fulfills minimum 40k Grand Tournament expectations.  Bases will be painted flat black, or the color of your choice.

Great for Hoard Armies, or Board Games like HeroQuest or Descent!

Elite

Our most popular choice!  Each model will get at least three levels of highlight and/or shade, and all details will be individually painted. Edge highlighting, faces with eyes and pupils, and transfer decals are all available at this level!

Includes Level 1 Basing, as shown.

Heroic

The perfect level for your army's warlord, RPG character, or centerpiece model!  Lighting and glow effects, complex color schemes, whatever you imagine, we'll work with you to bring it to life!

Basing & 3d Printing

If you have a heroforge design or other mini you need printed and painted for your next game, we can help!  We offer resin printing services for complex bases or whole minis at reasonable prices and shorter waits than the competition!

HOW IT WORKS

Step 1 - Get a Quote
Reach out to us!  Let us know which models you need painted, how many, and at what level.  Include a description of your chosen color scheme (attaching examples always helps!). We'll contact you within 72 hours with  a quote and we can get the ball rolling on your project!

Step 2 - Ship Us your minis (Or have us order them!)
 We offer three options for shipping us your models:
   A)    Ship us your pre-assembled models, and we'll get started painting right away!

   B)   Ship us your models on the sprue, or otherwise needing assembly and we will do all of the snipping and gluing, so you don't have to!  Prices  for this service vary based on the models involved, so make sure to request a quote.

   C)   Let us know what models you need, and we will shop for them!  Save yourself the hassle of waiting for Amazon or your FLGS to get that model in, and skip your trip to the post office.  You pay MSRP +10% (to cover sales tax), but you save on shipping and potentially cut several days off of your lead time.  Assembly costs will be included in your quote if you choose this option.  

Step 3 - Pay a Deposit to secure your spot
Everyone's time is their most precious commodity, so we ask for a 25% down payment to lock in your order and secure your place in our queue.  If we're purchasing the models for you, the upfront model cost replaces your deposit.

Step 4 - Approve Base Colors
We get to work on your models!  After laying down a preliminary base coat, we'll send you a quick snapshot to make sure that what you're seeing matches the images you dreamed of.  Once you give us the thumbs up, we're full steam ahead on your project until its done!

Step 5 - Approve Final
The paint is dry, the tufts have been glued, and its time for you to give one last glance over your project.  See something that you're not in love with?  Let us know and we'll fine tune it to your liking!  

Step 6 - Pay Remaining Balance
Once you're satisfied, we'll send you the final invoice for your remaining balance.  As soon as we receive payment, your models will be wrapped, packaged, and shipped immediately.  We'll send you tracking information and its time to check your phone neurotically until the Miniatures Fairy drops a package at your door!

Step 7 - Show off Your Minis!
Show off your glorious new toys on social media, tag us on Facebook and Instagram, and spread the word at your local game store!  Make sure all of your friends know that you got your work done by Sargoth Studios!
